Method and licence
Every relay is checked once an hour from Cloudflare's edge: we open a WebSocket, send a request and time the answer, and fetch its NIP-11 document. A relay is down after 3 failed checks in a row. Locations are IP geolocation by DB-IP, place names from GeoNames. The numbers are CC BY 4.0: cite them as "anchorman.lol relay monitor, November 2026" with a link.
